hello bloggers today i'm going to spend time in Malacca
its been a long time Malacca doesn't meet us..
well we know this state really miss us very much
anyway tonight we spent some family time with mak lang's family
we went to a roti john restaurant
where we ordered roti john, kerang, nasi putih, kangkung belacan and tom yam
at first we had to wrote on a paper for our own order. hermm that sucks.
then after kak lang ordered jugs orange juice
then a person came to meet us and said
'kak, jug habis'
weh kau restoran ke ape sampai jug abis?
and then we wait the foods for a long time
until kami semua naik anginlah kan
weh is this the best way you treat your customer?
i bet you korang naik sebab roti john je kan?
and then yang tukang bawa air ke pelanggan bukan main lagi
you being to arrogant, hey you just work as the drink server
so do respect your customer. we have our own right ok?
as you know there were many kids so please handle with care
especially hot drinks don't take it much easy boy
and then the rest next time bila pelanggan bercakap or complaint
please dengar and jangan buat muka or being innocent
as its already showed its your own fault
service. its the main things that customer looks for
we believed that if the service good then the food would be tasty
so that it as a big lesson for you success
and the price. i would comment on that
as you can see kangkung belacan for 6 person was RM 21.00
wait up we can buy that kangkung under RM5 at the market
don't be a liar because honesty in the key of success
even plain water you charge too?
while rice we have to pay RM 12.00 for 8 plates
while the 'ayam golek' memang lambat sangat served
we finished ate our rice then they served those chicken
what the hell man?
then kau fikir charge people mahal-mahal kitaorang diam jelah
you faced the wrong persons guys
so please beware next time
you roti john was tip top but others was sucks
you kangkung belacan too salty
while the tom yam was tasteless and didn't has any contains
even we can count the amount of chicken, beef or prawns. erghh. tension
